When We Are Closed

closed_signOut of hours - 18:00 - 08:15 on weekdays and all day Saturday & Sunday

As of October 1st 2018 we offer extended access to our patients. These are pre-arranged appointments booked through the surgery for evenings, weekends and bank holidays. and will be offered at a local hub. If you have an emergency please refer to our out of hours process as extended access is only available for appointments booked in advance.

Out of hours - please call 111 for any urgent medical concerns. (Patients living in Wales please call 0333 222 66 55 ).

NHS 111 is much more than a helpline – if you're worried about an urgent medical concern, you can call 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser.

Depending on your situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if they think you need one.

NHS 111 advisers can also assess if you need an ambulance and send one immediately if necessary.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
