Our Reception team provide an important link for patients and are your initial point of contact for general enquiries. They provide basic information on services we provide and can give test results or direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists book appointments, issue prescriptions, handle medical records and deal with financial claims as well as undertaking a multitude of general admin duties such as registering new patients, generating invoices, creating clinic invites and carrying out practice audits to name but a few. All our reception staff are friendly and approachable and will offer help and advice whenever they can.
