Our Nurse Practitioners Bryony Evans and Karen Donovan are here Monday - Friday and are experienced nurses with specialist training in making initial assessments and the treatment of patients and make up our triage team.
Our Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings to name but a few. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma and diabetes and also offer minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Marija Edwards - Phlebotomist
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our Reception team provide an important link for patients and are your initial point of contact for general enquiries. They provide basic information on services we provide and can give test results or direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists book appointments, issue prescriptions, handle medical records and deal with financial claims as well as undertaking a multitude of general admin duties such as registering new patients, generating invoices, creating clinic invites and carrying out practice audits to name but a few. All our reception staff are friendly and approachable and will offer help and advice whenever they can.

Community and Care Co-ordinator
A Community and Care Co-ordinator is based in your local GP practice. They assist patients across all age groups in need of help, support and advice by signposting them to other useful services and activities. Community and Care Co-ordinators work with the NHS, the council and voluntary services and have become local experts on what's happening in your community. They can help you to keep socially active and maintain your independence.
